SSG Kriesel signing books at Legion
Staff Sergeant John Kriesel, who served in Iraq and nearly lost his life, will be at the American Legion on Sunday, Aug. 1 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. signing autographs and copies of his book titled, "Still Standing".

Area wrestlers shine in summer
For many wrestlers, the wrestling season lasts from the end of November to the beginning of March, but two local wrestlers extended their wrestling season by competing in the Schoolboy National Duals tournament June 10-13 in Indianapolis, Indiana.
